Waterproof Dust Mite Proof Zipped Duvet Covers

This waterproof and dust mite proof duvet is used over the top of your current duvet and fastens with a zip. You then put your usual duvet cover over this.

The outer surface of the duvet cover is a soft cotton rich terry towelling. This is designed to absorb any moisture and liquids. On the inside is a soft, virtually undetectable waterproof membrane.

This membrane is waterproof yet breathable, it is also dust mite proof, meaning that dust mites and their waste products cannot pass through it. Just as importantly moisture and skin particles cannot pass through to the duvet which means that any dust mites trapped inside will die off.

Dust mites are known to be responsible for allergic reactions in some people and are also known to be responsible for the onset of asthma and eczema in some children.

These duvet covers can be machine washed at temperatures up to 90c and tumble dried if required.
