Stretchable - The Bi-Elastic construction means that the fabric itself is stretchable in both directions. This means that it has an element of stretch when it comes to fitting onto the mattress but more importantly it means that it reacts to the movements of the person lying on top and thus eliminates the risks of micro wrinkles and minimises the chances of associated decubitus wounds (Bed Sores).

Wipedown Surface - The smooth surface enables this zipped cover to be wiped down and creates an effective barrier against blood, urine and infusion liquids.

Antibacterial - The cover is sanitised with 'Silver Protect' and is anti bacterial, anti fungi and Anti dust mite.

Flame Retardant to BS 7175

Breathable and vapor permeable - helps keep the occupant cool and comfortable

Washable at 95c, autoclavable and can be tumble dried.
